No. Twilens only reads your engagement data to build your Circle and to power the delete/unfollow-tracking tools you trigger yourself. It never tweets, likes or follows anyone automatically.
We look at replies, retweets and likes between you and other accounts to find the people you interact with the most, then rank them into your Circle.
Deletions on X are permanent once confirmed, so Twilens always asks you to confirm a swipe before it removes a tweet, like or bookmark.
